We believe that you shouldn’t have to compromise when shopping with us. Holloways of Ludlow is proud to offer high-quality products, excellent service and outstanding value to benefit you in the best way possible. If you find one of our products for less somewhere else, let us know and we’ll price match it. That way, you can shop our products at the best price without missing out on our service.

You may shop around before ordering from us online or purchasing one of our products in-store. If you find the authentic, identical product you want at a lower price from any other UK retailer, we guarantee to match their price. We even promise to match products included in competing promotional offers.

If you’ve found the product you’re looking for at a lower price than ours, speak to a member of our Showroom team in-store or email our sales team at sales@hollowaysofludlow.com with the following information:

1. Your personal information - full name, email address and a telephone number that we can use to contact you.
2. Evidence of the lower price you have found elsewhere - a link to the website or shop where you’ve found the product and price you’d like matched.

Once we’ve received this information, we will independently verify the lower price and get back to you immediately to confirm your Price Guarantee request.*

1. Our Price Guarantee is inclusive of promotional offers but excludes clearance and ex-display items.

2. The product you have found must be authentic and identical to the one you wish to purchase from us including, but not limited to, designer, brand, size and colour.

3. The product you have found must be in stock on the site you wish for us to price match with.

4. Our Price Guarantee excludes:

1. products that are offered by membership websites such as Groupon.
2. products that are offered by retailers who are in administration or selling end of line items.
3. products that are offered at an interest-free price from other retailers.

5. Delivery costs will be added to the total cost once we verify your Price Guarantee request.

6. The website or retailer you wish for us to price match must be located in the UK with a UK-based licensed distributor.

7. We aim to contact you within five working days to confirm your Price Guarantee.

8. Holloways of Ludlow reserves the right to reject any Price Guarantee request should it go against the Terms and Conditions stated here. This decision will be final.
